Yes, you can fit 60watts light but make sure to check with mechanic that whether it should be fitted with a relay or without. It will not damage battery at all but make sure keep your lights off before switching on or off your bike. HJG is a popular brand, it totally depends upon which light do you purchase. HJG has also duplicate market too, you can see HJG branding on some fake products too.
