- Saint Lucia is the ultimate honeymoon destination. It has the most beautiful nature and is the absolute highlight in the middle of the Caribbean. There is also plenty to do for backpackers and traveling families. In this video I show you why every traveler should visit Saint Lucia at least once: it's just a place that can hardly be beat!
After Saint Lucia we visit many more gems in the Caribbean. Whether they will match with Saint Lucia remains to be seen! With the best views of the gigantic pitons, overnight stays in tree houses in the middle of the jungle and the most beautiful snow-white beaches, Saint Lucia is high on the list of the most beautiful islands in the world. We sleep in Soufrière, visit the Diamond Waterfalls, hike the Tet Paul Nature Trail and visit the beaches Anse Chastanet, Sugar Beach and Jalousie Plantation Beach. From the west, we drive our small jeep through the rainforest to the south and east, before relaxing at an all-inclusive resort in the north.
This year we travel all over the world and after the Canary Islands, Oman, Cape Verde and Martinique, Saint Lucia is our fifth destination. Follow us on this world tour, first in the Caribbean and then to many more beautiful destinations! We travel non-stop all year round and film everything. Hello I didn't see a long time so good video, that is perfect how context and profesional video record and post productions. How cameras do you use ? I suppose that you use go pro 9 or higher version and dji mini 3 and one more ???
Hi Daniel, thanks for the compliments! Most of the filming are is done with a somewhat more professional camera and lenses (Sony A7III) but I did also use a GoPro Hero 7 at the time and a DJI Mavic Air 2. Have you checked out the travel videos we made this year after this one? We are still traveling 😁🤙🏻 cheers!

It's very unique indeed. So different because of the dense jungle and high pitons 😁
I would love to come to that conclusion when we hit all the Caribbean Islands. So far in the Eastern side : Antiqua. Barbados. St.Maarten. St. Kits & St .Lucia & much much to go !! However St.Lucia does stand out vividly every day !

Is it really the best island in the Caribbean. I just got back from Saint Lucia. It was my first Caribbean vacation. I gotta say…it wasn’t that nice of a place. The beaches aren’t as nice when you actually get there. Country side and towns are pretty shitty too. If it is the nicest Caribbean destination I definitely won’t make the mistake of going back to the Caribbean. I heard Antigua was nice.

Loved my time on St. Lucia, but it takes over two hours to get from the international airport in the south of the island to the major resorts in the north. I stayed at the Sandals Grande and it was beautiful and the other two Sandals on the island are also beautiful. Just keep the travel times in mind if you decide to go.
Hi Macker, that’s true. They have moved intercontinental flights to the south. We used the airport in the north, which is way easier indeed. If you spend enough time on the island the driving distances are not too big. For a transfer to a hotel is a bit much, I agree. Awesome that you loved Saint Lucia too by the way. Cheers! 😁👍🏻
There is a helicopter option which you can travel on from the airport to the North of the island ... also a ferry trip too now . Its a long bus or taxi ride admittedly... but it's a beautiful drive with breathtaking scenery along the way....

I think the best things include Piton Mountains, drive-in volcano, refreshing waterfalls, spectacular hiking trails, beautiful beaches, local street parties and exclusive restaurants. Had a privilege to go there back in 2017 and I still recall it

I spent most of 1997-1998 as a folklore researcher on St. Lucia and again summers 2000, 2001 as a cross cultural educator there. It is an incredible place and this makes me very nostalgic. I really want to get back there - great video!

Hi Michael, we’ve been to Hawaii as well. We even made a helicopter flight there, it was stunning indeed, but the most beautiful might be some island that has more diversity. Cool. We were in St.Lucia last February on the invitation Native son/Brand Ambassador/Unesco Youth Ambassador Taj Weekes & his wife Angela Weekes. We have travelled the Caribbean however St.Lucia has captured our hearts the most in every way except Property ownership process.
Saint Lucia was quite different than all the other islands. I think the island is a little more exclusive, but the nature beauty is incredible.
