Couple months ago, was gearing towards buying a 570. The 850 as you said was just more power than I needed. But fortunately found a used 650 and jumped on it asap since I didn't see any selling in my area. Very happy with this quad and has the perfect amount of power. Knowing that the 650 is discontinued could add to the resale value I believe. Great vid!
they still have the 650 v twin. just not in a outlander. you can still get a renegade
I used to have a 2022 Renegade 650, now I have a 2022 Outlander 570 XU+ built (stock) on the regular chassis of bigger bores, not smaller. I feel that the 570 has just about the same torque and agility in sport mode as the 650 in normal mode. Good video, safe rides to you all.
I own rhe 650 Max XT 2020. Very nice machine. 😊 In Norway they are street legal som it makes a great touring machine. Great video😊😊
Great comparison, good job. Pretty eye opening to say the least. I have those Trilobite tires to been an awesome tire.
Thanks! The 570 is seriously impressive considering it's about $2k less. Do you have the regular trilobite or the hd?
@@TrailPass I just have the regular trilobites, are those the HD on the 570?
@@rzl07375 mine are the non-HD as well.
got a 22 570 i recomend has great towing power and its good to play
Nice Reveiw of both the use the same chassis part# if you look them up. I have a 2015 450 max and had a 2019 850xt that broke the frame on same part#
Oh cool. Thanks for the tip. How did you break the frame??
@@TrailPass Hit a stump at 35-40 right rear wheel it twisted the read frame square tubes over. I was going to replace the frame but insurance paid me decent for it'
So wait…. I don’t see the Kodiak video … just the outty 450. Are you going to keep moving up in cc :)?
Great video as I was contemplating 570 vs 650 as well. What size tires are on the 570? Thanks
They are Tusk Trilobite 26x9x12 in the front and 26x11x12 in the rear. I really can't recommend these tires enough! Stock the 570s come with a 25x8x12 and 25x10x12 but they really measure smaller and are not aggressive at all. More of a turf tire like a lawn mower honestly haha
Yes I have seen those Carlisle trail wolf tires. Definitely need upgrading. Thanks for the reply.
@@giovanni1169 you bet! Let me know if you have any questions and what machine you decide on!
The new 2022 2023 570's have the 650 engines they are just detuned, get a dynojet to unlock it and it's a full 650 in a 570 chassis
850 for me any day....thats what i have, never heard anyone say to much power. i love the power of the 850
From what I understand is that the 570 and the 650 is the same engine with a different ECU. So, Tuning a 570 will bring it up and beyond the 650
That 570 is potent
570 Polaris against 650 Can comparis??
What are the years on each machine?
2022 650 and 2017 570.
P r o m o S M
Pretty surprising. Doesn’t the 570 have a detuned 650 motor??
On the '20 xmr yes, the rest of them I think do have a true 570cc. Just super aggressive clutching
@@TrailPass 2019 max model has it too
@@TrailPassall newer 570 have 650 engine
Yes. I believe this was a marketing ploy to have a machine that can out-compete the Polaris 570 class models. I have the service manual for G2/G2Ls, the "570" and "650" are listed to have the same Rotax v-twin with a 650cm3 displacement. Seems like Can-Am could obviously afford to do this... Bigger, more powerful motor on a lighter "L" chassis.
