Hey what size buts do u use , I have one of these and find they snap so easy .. 👍strong work 💪
Great workers 💪
With right work organization and right tools, plasterboard work can be done fast and with superb finish. As far as I can see, with these long sheetrocks butt joints basically don't exist or at least are in minimun quantity...all the opposite of what happens here in Italy, every plasterboard cut is re-used with the result to get plenty of problems during the mudding work...
Thanks Harles. Are you an Aussie doing this in Italy?
@@MaxkilI'm italian decorator and I've been in Australia in 2006 and I fallen in love about your country. Well, here in Italy though plasterboard is getting increasingly used, we have a lot of to learn about technique on hanging up and mudding... Trust me when the vast majority of people still don't know the difference beetwen tapered joint and butt joint and obviously the difference way to mud that each of them requires... Do you believe I feel disconsolate every time I meet a plasterboard on work to?
@@Harles74 hehe cool. very interesting.
Lo maximo
Saludos de Lima Perú👍👍👍
Do those cut out drills mar up the window reveals? Or do you cut out on the outside of the reveal?
What is the brand and size of that bits?
My question is what are the braces for in the middle? Once the studs are boarded both sides doesn't the bracing become obsolete?
Nice job
"Thankyou Very Much"
what is the name of the adhesive you use to hold the drywall before screwing
Can you please show closeup of where you place router? Is it between window frame and steel house frame?
Wow good
@Maxkil
Why don't you use vapor barrier film for walls and ceilings?
In Australia, the vapour barrier is installed on the outside of the house. Warmer climates here.
Perron,!!!💪💪💪
Damn, helps to have mega foot drywall sheets.
Is it easy to screw drywall screws into metal studs? Do you need different screws?
They have different screws....self tapping with finer threads
Top tem q trabalhar na loucura mesmo
Nice drywall bench.... where can I buy one...🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
the collated gun, are you tucking in into the belt or is there a special holster?
just a belt clip, can connect it anywhere out of the way
@@Maxkil any chance we can have a quick look please, only my pouch is super tight and I need a solution , thanks
Nice video but how you find it and what’s name
👍👍👍very good.vous etes les AS du placo.pouvez vous m envoyer documentation de votre outillage merci my friends.you are team number one on the world.👑👑👑⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟
Looks like piece work.....whats sq ft rate there?
Where u guys from never seen that type of metal studs
Australia Queensland
One of the person that comment on this page ask how long is the (plancha) he's really asking about the step stool that the guy who is screwing the drywall
😂
вот это стеновые профиля, вот это уровень. а у нас еще древние сделай сам называется ))))) 😆🤙👍
Maxxx I'll go bankrupt if I continue to seal 🧒
Which country is this? Which company doing the metal framing in Australia? Can anyone recommend them to me. I wanna be their customer
That’s true core steel framing by blue scope. Lots of modern builds are using it in place of wooden studs for external framing
Yup and if you have to renovate it, then it really is crap
Guys, where can I get those kinds of tools? Especially the screw gun ? Please I would love to see your reply
local bunnings would have them
amazon drywall tools
@@liumurphy thank you
They are called "Makita collated auto feed gun".
@@vzgsxr thank you

Nice work boys
These guys look like they're on a military mission 😂
что это за мастика на профиле голубого цвета, намазал в конце ролика на профиль, для чего?
I hope they work 8 hours like that not just only 10 minutes like and this movie lol😂🤣
I do not believe . But the videos are very nice
Its all day at that pace.....its piece work and every trade is same that pays like that.....I did piece work framing in 80s and its fast and brutal but checks were nice
Yes our m2 rates are shit in certain states so we have to run all-day to make a buck that's why these boys are so efficient.
What brand is it ....???...🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
Makita
How long is the sheetrock they look bigger than 12 feet long
20 ft my friend. But 10mm thick.
Maxkil holy smokes less then 1/2”. Must be very very flimsy
Pretty nice to have. Sheets that long if you have the space.......lot of resi remodels there just isn't room but for sure cuts down on taping
Just curious, who pays for the collated screws? They're way more expensive than a box of loose screws. Drywall contractors don't want to pay the extra money, nor would those working by the sheet.
Mystic_Fool collated screws are not way more expensive LOL. In the UK they’re about 25% more expensive if that. You can get a box of 1000 for £10
if they make you more money in the end its way worth it......I would use them even if I had to deduct a fraction of pay because its so much faster........they wouldn't be doing it if it wasn't beneficial period
Суперкоманда
where is the vapor barrier for the outside walls?
The vapor barrier is installed on the warm side, which in this climate might be the outside.
Yeah, in Australia it is installed on the outside of the timber frame.
Why do you stack when its 8ft ceilings!? Should be tight up to the drywall not sitting on the floor
9ft*** looks like 54" board
Moly cocaina
Can never go wrong with a 1/4" bit to rout doors and windows.
a trick: watch series on Flixzone. I've been using it for watching a lot of movies during the lockdown.
@Zachary Mekhi yea, have been watching on Flixzone for months myself :)
Should get the boys on a high protein diet, turn that fat into muscle
Nah, these boys are on a high Gypsum diet.
Hey guys, just wondering if you guys can share some feedback about the Makita dco180z.are they durable/long lasting? I got the new dco181 brushless but want a router specifically for doors and windows.
*Bits .. lol 🙈
This is probably in Queensland Aus..
yeah , great guess your right
Sorry, I don't understand what is this blue adhesive?
Gyprock stud adhesive.
It's just a type of glue called "stud adhesive", it means you can use less screws and save on setting/mudding time.
So what is screw pattern for drywall with glue vs none?
Why metal studs in a residential dwelling? In north America metal framing is strictly reserved for none residential dwellings such as apartment buildings and commercial.
Even the roofs are metal in Australia
Yeah probably will soon change here though......commercial is steel studs and residential is all wood ceot for steel beams
We have Big fucking wood eating ants called termites they will eat your frame out just enough so it still stands .
And the tool is???????????
Makita cut out tool
Man you guys are slow!!! 😁
Hola y cuántos miden esas planchas
Miden 20 pies
Miden 20 pies q vendrían siendo como 6 metros
Put on a shirt you weirdos 😂
Was it too distracting for you?🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️
Dont wanna sound like a nag but you should have your blokes wear a shirt when making these videos. Looks alot more professional...just my 20 cents. Nice job looks very neat
Mr P I agree, I got the biggest stiffy and couldn’t concentrate on the work they were doing
Mr P old mate with the shirt on looked like he was gonna pass the fuck out any minute lol
Who gives a shit......they are there to hang drywall....no homeowners to deal with or anyone who even cares about that kinda shit
@@benwhittingham2525 I say keep the shirts off. I show up at work shirtless everyday. I actually had a boss who used to tell us, "Nobody trusts a guy who says he's working when he still has his shirt on."
