What an amazing film! The fact that the reactions are "polaraized" for me proves the point Garland wants to achieve with the scrypt: people are more interest in find guiltness than to look around and see the things that really matter. For my taste (on film and politics) its a masterpiece!

I love how all the people who are asking questions on why Texas and Cali team up, are all mind boggled and mocking how Americans are teaming up in the film. Just bc you’re a dem or rep doesn’t mean you can’t help your fellow countryman. That’s the whole point of the United States. United. But keep on dreaming of division and a civil war in your own country where you’ll prob only live 5 minutes into it…

Because this is all totally leftist bias. The director is an arrogant leftist and shows it !

    This interview. "Polarization is bad."
Other interviews: "I want to pick a fight. Bring it on."
The man is a complete tool.

@@woopimright Seems more like you’re butt hurt about me not liking it, bud. Why the emotional attachment to the movie? Were you involved in it or something??
      We not allowed opinions anymore?
Great films….not been too many recently, but Gladiator, Point Break, maybe Sound of Freedom from last year was worth a watch.
I dunno. I just had high hopes for Civil War but thought the dialogue was dull, the story was weak, and the acting very average. Sorry if that offends you. 🙂👍

@@cavannaro1 You got triggered over a film you didn’t understand. Point break? Mid film. Gladiator is good. Sound of madness was obviously trash. The only good thing about it was the fact it was about a serious subject that happens underneath everyone’s nose. Acting was awful.
You had a basic ass “opinion” with no facts or logic. I just know you people only hated the film because it wasn’t democrat vs republican. Go watch Chinatown, Anatomy of a fall, once upon a time in Hollywood, and Mulholland Drive.
Not my fault you like to be spoon fed like a baby and repeat my talking points because you have none. Stay triggered and go watch mid Yellowstone again
