In Hyderabad, go to any villa projects (with in 20KMS radius of Gachibowli) and the min. price starts from 2 crores to 10 crores.(avg budget is 5 crores) and hardly you will get 200 Sq yards to 500 SQ yards villas. In this case USA villas are big , spacious and luxurious and available at throw away prices for US citizens.
