  • This is a very special recipe cooked by my Mother in law with lots of tips. I am sure you all will love it
    Brinjal- 500 gm
    Hing- 1 pinch
    Black cardamom- 1
    Green cardamom- 2
    Cumin seeds- 1/2 spoon
    Cloves- 2-3
    Cinnamon stick- 1
    Green chili- 2
    Red chili powder- 1 and half spoon Kashmiri red chili powder
    Ginger powder- 1/4 spoon
    Turmeric powder- 1 pinch
    Fennel powder- 1/4 spoon
    Salt to taste
    Curd- 1/2 cup
    Tamarind as per taste
