  • Hey, earlier this year Bambino Mio sent me the Bambio MioDuo and prefolds to check out. This is a sized cloth diaper cover and a one size cotton prefold. This is my thoughts as cloth diaper blogger/content creator.
I recognize that I no longer have children in diapers and this is not a review based on experience of product use, but rather a review of the product in hand. As a long term reviewer with significant experience cloth diapering, I make this review with honesty and wisdom to support you in finding a product that works for you.
I did not get paid to do this review.

We could easily use the size 1 on our newborn, granted he was pretty big but they didn't seem any bigger than say an apple cheeks size one. I used to love the prefolds when they were sized, not a fan of the one size especially as they reccomend you use the pad fold (they reccomend you don't wrap these and the covers are narrow) they don't fit great with the size one cover and we could never get them to fit right fastened around baby. We used the covers mosty with other prefolds and fitteds, as long as the velcro was able to meet, otherwise since the tabs are so narrow they won't cover a fitted once you start moving the velcro out as baby is growing. Myself and a few others that I know of have asked them to bring back the size 1 prefolds, they were great especially since prefolds aren't always readily available in the uk. I've heard Bambino mio are coming out with a true all in 2/ 2 part system. Excited to see what that will be like if it is true!

It's huge compared to any other size 1 in my stash. I think I'll have to do some photo comparison for my website to better grasp the size.

You need another bear, small bear and large bear.😂

FYI you cannot put a fitted under those covers 😊

Really, they are size comparible to many other covers I use with fitted diapers

Sure you can, I ony used mine with fitteds under. The size two is extremely spacious and perfect for fitted diapers.

You can put anything you want under them it’s just a diaper cover

@@SuperEwyatt really? I found it was hard to fit over some fitted the leg elastics would stick out! it's so narrow

Yeah I found them too narrow to use with bulky fitteds too. The tabs are too narrow at the top of the thigh to really cover anything especially as you start to move out on the waist. They are a trim cut cover, which also has its benefits.
