The way I do it is hold back 12(very fast) 1,2.
@@JB-321 there are two ways
1 you do B1 B1 2 (you tap b a 2nd time)
2 you do B1 2 1 2 (you pretty much just mash it)
The two or the back are to time the 2nd hit of the just frame
You have to tap Back and 1 at the same time, you cannot buffer back and tap 1 to get blue spark

i15; hit-confirmable; 48 damage ch + frame adv; but poor tracking and poor range of only 1.8m
The problem is everyone watches over and duck Lee's 2nd hit. This can be risky.
Key charge setups are always Risky but in T8 they are less risky because get up 3 no longer counter hit launch now compare T7.
