Put the drive wheel in the back and make 2 front wheels steering. Front wheel hub motors are bad on grass, gravel and grades. Tried several, none work well for the average user.
Back driving wheels scooter, you may chose golf cart, or electric arm chairs. But cost is much higher than the scooter in the video. :-)
How do you remove the rear wheel to replace the tire tube
It is easy, just use the screw driver.

It s very expensive
Again I wiish to stress that the seat look fragile. Better 4-point compact adjustable seat which offer more comfort annd safety for elderly people. The batteries at the bottom is not good for safety due to lower ground clearance. Design and style could be improved. If it doesn't look good you don't feel good riding in one of this scooter.
