One more thing i want to add to detachment from money by not seeing the P&L console until your target hits. We get panic only by seeing the P&L console.

All the points mentioned in the video I can relate myself with. "Fear of losing money" and "Not pulling the trigger" when I know which direction market moves and "Exiting too early". I am really struggling hard to overcome these behavioral issues and I am trying my best in this regard..
Try visualising the scenario with closed eyes before the market opens every day to overcome this fear. It's not easy, but not impossible, to overcome this fear.
Exactly I made this mistake today. I was holding Axis Bank call and exited too early seeing sharp two red candles. If I could have traded my plan, I would have made very good money in this single trade. It was time to pyramid but I exited due to fear of loosing.. plan was PERFECT, execution wasn't!!
You should have multiple source of income... And fix max loss per day for trading, also that max loss should not be greater than your one day income ..
Take only one trade in a day. Do it for next 30 trading session. Then for next 10 days do trade fasting means you should sit in front of the screen but don't take even a single trade for 10 days.

Instead of changing colours, i became a PE buyer. This helped me great deal. I love red now! Enjoyed todays BN fall.
