i’m sure the reason for the price is because, it’s already has access roads, electricity hook up and water hook up, usually of the land is cheaper you have to pay for all these things yourself, also the property is already leveled, african land is very fertile much better then american land . Africa will only get more expensive, it’s best to just buy now.
