Waiting for healing after praying for it

  • In this video, I share my testimony of how Jesus healed my hernia, but not at the time that I thought He would. I talk about how I prayed for years for healing, but it wasn't until later that Jesus chose to heal me. I encourage my viewers not to be discouraged if they haven't received healing, because it may not be God's timing yet. I also share the Gospel. To repent of sins and trust in Jesus to receive forgiveness of sins and eternal life!

    My dear brother Logan!
what a blessing to see and hear you again!
I´m glad that you´re beeing well!
11 years ago, i got my hernia repaired. From time to time , when i did my workout too heavy, I got pain again in this area. Sometimes for weeks.
Same thing happened last week. Did really heavy leg extensions and Ab workout with some anger in mind. Now feeling big pressure on my old hernia scar, but no bulge at all.
I really hope you pray for me and for my complete healing and releasing of this pressure!
But I have to say too:
Only because of this recurring issue, i came to your channel and got renewed the words of the Gospel of Christ.
What a blessing! I needed this in this moment more than I ever thought.
Thanks for your work here! Thanks for your prayers!
    I pray for you!
Best regards and all blessings in the holy Name of Jesus Christ!
    Love you brother!
    Thorsten from Germany

Hey brother! Thank you for your comment, it encouraged me a lot to know that Jesus worked through me to encourage you. I will pray for you! And thank you for your prayers!
I want to encourage you to continue praying, but also take a break from heavy lifting for a couple weeks and massage the area where your hernia was with castor oil once a day, and place an ice pack over it for 20 minutes at a time with an hour break in between ice packs. I think you will notice an improvement in the pain and discomfort if you do this once or twice a day for the next two weeks. Staying regular will help too.

God bless You mate!! Thank You so much for your content!! Thanks also to Yoga, George, Tom Maher, Michele Edawrds, Piti Pinsach, You and the blessing of God I'm healling an inguinal hernia (2.5 weeks and its going pretty well in size and occurrences, hopefully it last 1.5-2 months more).
Keynotes to add to your great job (really advise to check all above mentioned guys channel playlists videos and this great channel as well):
    - abdominal vacuum is great but "low pressure fitness" ("hipopresivos" in Spanish) focus in the apnea using DIAPHRAGM muscle which activation reverse visceral organ prolapses
    - antiinflamatory diet is key for reduce intraabdominal pressure, specially rewire thorough meditation to get the habit of intake antiinflammatory (and not pro-inflammatory or normal food) at the time microbes take control over vagus nerve (impulsive hunger). Also punctual inflammatory is a great way to heal but cronic inflammation due microbes takes high amount of body resources that are supposed to use for punctual heal thorough inflammation
    - reduce weight fasting + methabolism activators (coffee/thea) in order to release VISCERAL FAT to reduce intraabdominal pressure and TIGHT (may be) the peritoneum/omentum thorough autophagy (got information about in cases people lost significant weight and how they got tight skin again with this method, *I'm skinny but in my case I think its peritoneum/omentum that goes thorough inguinal channel as never felt any pain or other symthoms beside the small bulb (probably starting about a year ago until size of marble at its peak without pain, and now M&M at its size peak with much less pop out occurences after really caring of it for 2.5 weeks)
Just take the part of this information (sorry for my English, I'm Spanish) that serves for You in case and ignore the other part, in my opinion this topic is about trial and error, good risk/reward strategy, discipline, right mindset and having faith (its already probed per many people that is possible, for me real heros hear are those that did the process without having other persons that already healed).
Wishing high success to all that are healing hernias!! Cheers!!

do you feel more bloated or gas in side your stomach? I am not sure if this is the part of the healing process I think yougurt or probiotics might help but I am curious if there is any other alternatives

@@realstreetcatslife5015 In my personal opinion one of the significant cause is the intraabdominal pressure which its a sinergy of multiple interactions, including microbiome inflammation that I reduced adopting antiinflammatory diet (varying inflammatory intake each 6H like miso soup, bone soup, tumeric infusion, fennel, garlic, onion ... specially controlling thorough rewiring habit at impulsive hunger (that root is microbes acting thorough vague nervous)), and avoided dairy intake (sugar gluten etc didnt get use to intake before)
In my case commited few crucial mistakes like doing classic abdominal exercises (crunch, that increase abdominal pressure) without releasing visceral fat (really bad, now totally avoid those exercises that increase intraabdominal pressure for good), and may be doing body pump) that contributes a lot to increase the intraabdominal pressure, in my opinion being normal/athletic body contributes even more due that physiologycally all internal organs rely direct on pelvic floor instead of the stomach fold typicall of body who has belly
Regarding taking yogurt ... my advise is that You listen to your body, for a person that intake lot of any kind of specific food may be lead to bloat (due to microbiome imbalance) and for other person not at all, that is reason I'm varying antiinflamatory (really recommend to vary the antiinflammatory food intake). Redarding bloated, I consider myself low or non bloated person (dont remember any time felling bloated), never had any digestion problem or felt bloated etc, but anyways 70%+ of person have cronic inflammatory even if thery are fit and really think it contributes to intraabdominal pressure
For me reducing inflammation (focusing in balance microbiome) is part of the healing process as well as strengh abdominal muscles (abdominal transverse + inner/outher obloques), pelvic muscles, activate diaphragm to revert organ prolapse, loose weight at visceral fat + tighten peritoneum/omentum at autophagy thorough fasting, having inner peace, and avoid any exercise that increase intraabdominal pressure in order to heal faster (like classic abdominal crunches or high impact exercises)
All wrote above are just opinions based in my personal experience, just take in case it helps :). High success!!

My opinion about yogurt is that You listen to your body, for me key is varying antiinflamatory diet (mostly people have cronic inflammation even if they are fit and they dont have any sympthom)
