Rough Country SF1 LED mod and review

- A few people have been asking how I did the LED install on the fender flares. I made a video to kind of explain how I did it.
What I used
DaierTek 10pcs 6mm 1/4" 12V LED... www.amazon.com...
PSEQT 3/4" Round LED Side Marker... www.amazon.com...
The rubber trim is a pain in the ass!!! The hardest part of the install. And they didn't ship enough to trim all 4 fenders. Would not use rough country again
You aren’t wrong about the rubber They need to redesign the way the rubber stays

Why didn’t you use the same leds for the rear just in red?
Wanted something more subtle and less bright. Those ambers are bright
I'd love to see the fender paint after you take them off.. I have a set waiting for paint, but I'm curious how effective the rubber gasket is at protecting the fender from rub
I had them off a couple times. No visible damage that I could see. I’m sure there is micro abrasion going on though.
What color wires did you splice into(t-tapped into) on the foglights
I honestly can’t remember the color of the wire, but I do know that I tapped into the LED wire circuit for the fog lights
