Road House movie location just TWO BLOCKS from Disneyland Resort (Hashtag... The Road)

Welcome to a brand new episode of Hashtag... The Road! This week, we actually stumbled upon a filming location from 1989's hit Road House.
The location is just blocks away from Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California. I happened to be staying at the JW Marriott, and could see this location from my hotel room.
The location of 1721 South Manchester Avenue once housed The Bandstand, the venue in Road House where we first see Patrick Swayze's character Dalton in the movie.
In 2015, the Bandstand was demolished, and just 4 years later, a new shopping plaza and Hotel were built in 2019.
Question, does Patrick Swayze stay for free at the Cambria??? SHOULD HE????
