If you want cheap. Get gzdoom and download the DN3DOOM mod. Get to play as duke nukem in either doom, or doom 2. All enemies are replaced with dn3d enemies and same with weapons.

Why is the game running at 30fps all of a sudden?

took me a bit to realize.
so my gpu is a GTX 1060. and when i put on the better rendering. near certain things. it tanks my frame rate.
big time noticeable in the first level by the big mirror in the bathroom. it kills the frame rate if i get to close or look at it from too close. it will dip into the single digets.

whats also funny is i can play certain games in low setting 4k and fine. like rdr2. will get between 30 and 40 fps. but if the game has raytracing, forget it. lol
