What a class act. I loved the Cotswolds, what little I seen of them. I served in England many years ago and drove through some of the area. it was a journey through time for me, but I never knew the history of the stories behind it. Robin changed that, I may never make it back, but Robin made mw want to. Thank you for sharing tyour stories, poems and strolls through history.

Robin, my dear chap, so very glad to hear you are out of hospital and recovering nicely. I can sympathise since I too was rushed in to hospital (as an emergency), quite out of the blue, and it took a good few weeks and more out of my life, but thankfully now back in the swing of things. I trust you continue to get your strength back, pace yourself, you will get to where you were before, don't rush, it happens at its own rate, the human body is a resilient bit of kit. Our lives are lent to us by our maker, and so, with his blessing we may (both) still get out and about doing "stuff" and spread some cheer where we can. Carry on giving folk much enjoyment with your posts, when you can; with blessings, Frank from Wiltshire.
