Cho spent much of the match not being to return Aruna's spinny loop. But he did better in game 5 and managed to counter a few. Very close match, so Cho showed good fighting spirit. Aruna is surprisingly good with the backhand, but Cho's backhand is in a different league when it's working. Look forward to Cho's continued progression in future events.

Quadri Aruna was initially in commanding control of this match, but Daesong managed to make some minor tactical adjustments and had great success with it.
For some reason Aruna returned almost every serve deep in Daesong's forehand which meant Daesong could dictate the points with ease, putting Aruna on his back foot. Daesong had no reason to do anything different with his serve.
I would say it was more of a tactical loss for Aruna than it was a tactical win for Daesong. A good match nonetheless!
