I’m a lifeguard at a public pool who teaches local swim lessons. I’ve taught levels 1-3 and I have never seen a child younger than five or six who swims as well as this nearly two year old. Personally I am amazed by how well she was swimming. Props to you for teaching her early on!
ISR is absolutely amazing for babies as young as 6 months old. (ISR stands for Infant Swimming Resource Infant Self Rescue.) It’s a 10 minute session daily for 2 weeks that teaches survival skills. Our bodies have muscle memory, so if she was to fall into a pool, she will know exactly what to do in multiple scenarios. The lessons even have the child practice fully clothed, because most accidents happen when an adult is not around. Since this video said “her 10 minute swim lesson,” it’s safe to assume this sweet girl is in ISR lessons. Look it up online or on CZcams! It’s incredible and has saved so many young lives!

Some of us, we were taught to be very clean and if we got bullied or having too much stress with something, cleaning made us focus on it than suffering. OCD starts after a very traumatic or shocking experience and when you start having mental crisis, that's when we yell because we have to get rid of that awful feeling of not being able to make yoir brain think we are okay and it is saying, you are wrong and solve it right now. But no, people like you think we are dramatic because you dont know how it feels like and just judge with your "knowledge". We have to go to therapy to control it. Lots of people have ocd after this situation with COVID and yell if someone else is not doing what it is advised, but they are not that clean in many cases and they are paranoids thinking they will die. The difference is Karens dont wanna recognize they have a mental problem and discriminate a lot, I am Mexican and have gotten that experience. OCD patients look for help and do their best to reduce panic attacks and living alone, so they dont bother anyone and avoid unnecessary stress from others.
