Tri-cities, Washington State, Come on up to the real fun. I might be able to make it to Seattle, but, its more sweet out here guys. I'm your age, seen you well over 10 times in many states/venues. First was 1990, maybe 91, I think Irvine meadows, could have even been Greek, those were fun years. One day Ill make it out to the rocks, I hope you do roll it again.
This must have been recorded twice....notice Todd's right shirt sleeve...must have been in his way...keeps going up and down...Great song...Great band..Excellent guitar player..love BHT@M.
“Same room different filter”. Seems like rolled up sleeves Todd is under yellow lights.Wonder if it was spliced together from different nights. Good catch! What a great band
İ actually thought Todd was Native American at first... That's why I bought their first CD. This song sounds like J Robbie Robertson who really was a Native Canadian
Listen carefully to the lyrics. It's about being betrayed by infidelity. It's a song about "Limerence" A very destructive mental state of the person cheating. This song is about emotional pain of infidelity when the infidelity never should have happened. Key word "Limerence" The title "Imaginary ships" is the Limerence of a cheater. It will always fail and ruin is what is left.
BHTM are the best! This version of this song, however, ehhh! Typically, live stuff is raw, minimal and rockin' compared to the studio version; I'm surprised to find this to be the opposite. I've seen them live 3 times and thought they were better live...check out their recorded version of this song on their CD "Crimes of Passion"; you'll love it more!
Oh, sure. That 1600 and 1700 stuff that Bach wrote just bores us all to tears, too. People have been turning out to hear these guys play for 38 years or so, as of February 2024. So however you want to classify what they do, it appeals to many.
The best kept secret in all of music
You caught me off guard. Well said, and yes sir, greatest truth too.
Man I love these guys
Though they came later , their works take me back to the late 60s , 70s as if an extension , expansion of the era, thanks
Todd n the boyz are just the best ! Sadly todays music ain't go no soul but BHTM does......
My favorite song of the new century that BHTM has released. Art meets skill.
I love this tune!
One of my all time favorite jam bands

They are better when it’s just the 3 of them. Like back in the early 90’s playing at JJ McCabs in Boulder, CO!
