    lmao dude pulled her over for running a yellow light 😥

    • @bobcatgaze
      @bobcatgaze Před 6 měsíci +8

      As a slight correction to what officer Bergquist said, yellow lights do not need to be treated as a red light. A red light means "do not proceed under any circumstances." Whereas yellow lights are "come to a stop if it is safe to do so" which to be fair, he did put that modifier to the end of his statement...
      But yellow is not equal to red. Lets not push that mode of thought please. It can confuse people.
      Yellow = If you CAN stop safely, then stop.

      @@bobcatgaze I got pulled over as a kid for a "yellow light violation", I dared the officer to write me a ticket for it....he gave me a verbal warning and cut me loose. I was laughing at him!

    Here in Massachusetts, the driver would've been charged with failing to clear their car of snow as well. We live in a police state out here.

      "Police state" that doesn't seem to police their highways with 99% of the drivers on them ignoring every motor vehicle law they can find lmao.

    pulled someone over for going through a yellow light?? also it would make more sense to NOT stop at yellow if it was slippery.

  • @DSlav2488
    @DSlav2488 Před 4 měsíci +3

    I don’t believe that that is correct. Yellow light only means to "slow down",; you do not have to stop? Only red means stop. What am i missing? Getting pulled over (in the snow) for not stopping at a yellow? Thats ridiculous

      In Wisconsin thats the law: "when shown with or following the green, traffic facing a yellow signal shall stop before entering the intersection unless so close to it that a stop may not be made in safety." According to Wisconsin.gov

    Are cops still exempt from Act 10 that all but abolishes public employees unions?
