In powerful white cascades, the Giessbach thunders 400 meters into the depths, over 14 steps past the Grand Hotel. Various paths lead along the waterfall, and it can be admired from above from the Giessbachbahn. At night, the natural spectacle is effectively staged by the newly installed lighting. While the falls are embedded in magnificent colors in autumn, snowmelt and rain swell the stream into an impressive spectacle in spring.
