MashAllah very beautiful recipe. I would like to warn everyone however that if you get tamarind puree that is in sealed glass it sometimes contains a lot of citric acid. Putting 2 table spoons of this will make the beautiful dish a bit sour. I recommend putting a little at a time if you are using this sort of tamarind puree. Wassalamu alaykum.
