Discover the sleek and powerful Philips Sonicare 7500 toothbrush! Watch as I unbox and explore all the features of this fancy toothbrush, including different cleaning modes and pressure settings. With a convenient charging case and stylish design, this upgrade is definitely worth considering. I was cynical at first, but I've really enjoy the experience!
Correction I said it had a USB C port in the video, but it is in fact a micro USB port. Thanks to a viewer for the catch!

Great review! Thank you for the instructions on the different settings..you SAVED me from reading the tiny font in the manual...LOL. I just bought this 7500 at Target for $139.00 plus tax~ it was on sale for $169. minus a $20. coupon attached to the outside of the box and the Target Cartwheel took off another $10. I thought $139 was a pretty good deal. My recent dental checkup & cleaning revealed some overall gum recession and bone loss in a molar..YIKES..I was shocked because I brush 3x a day and floss each time ..but the dentist said you can't beat the Waterpik action & a good sonic toothbrush to reach deep in the gum line and find the hidden food & bacteria. So I purchased a Waterpik on coupon at Costco and I will be faithful to use them daily.... looking forward to what the hygenist sees on my next cleaning. Thank you, again so much! Carolyn

i have a sonicare 1100 and i ask you this. Am i upgrade to 7900 or i move on my 1100? For whitening and cleaning ofcourse.

If you already have a Sonicare, that's the biggest piece in my opinion! I wouldn't replace one Sonicare with another unless you think it doesn't have enough pressure. It's been a long time since I had a 1100, but those simple single button designs sure last longer than the fancier ones and the price is excellent!
If you do want more pressure/whitening than you are getting with the 1100, I'd go with the 7500 in this video geni.us/W5LH (paid link) or the Sonicare 5300 geni.us/Eou5Y (paid link) as they both pack more power.

HEllo, nice review, can you please confirm the traval case port is USB C? I read multiple times it was micro USB? Thanks for confirming

Don't buy this product, after two years is broken. Wasted of money

Are you really past the two year mark? If not, you can get a free replacement. Check out the details here: www.usa.philips.com/c-w/support-home/warranty/warranty-pe.html
My family has been using Sonicare toothbrushes forever - from the lowest-end models to the occasional high-end model like this one - and one family member in particular has a knack for breaking theirs within 2 years so I've had to get multiple replacements. Customer service has been great for us!
That said, I've found that the fancier versions don't usually last more than 3-4 years while the simpler versions last 7ish years for me (often they've gotten gross in other ways by then so I'm ready for a new one!). They all do a great cleaning job so it's just a personal call on what extra features are worth the cost to you.

someone who is not knowledgeable in a field of medical practice should Not be giving advice on a tool for that field.
it's the same as asking a 80 year old boomer from the sticks who's never seen anything more advanced then push button corded house phone how to use a smart phone, they can be shown how to use it but never understand How it works.

LOL. I'm not making any medical claims in this video. I'm sharing my personal experience with these toothbrushes. I don't say a SINGLE thing how well this cleans over other toothbrushes or dental hygiene in this video.
We ALL use toothbrushes and I've used a variety of Philips Sonicare toothbrushes for over 20 years. All I doing here is giving the lowdown on this specific toothbrush for anyone considering it: I'm sharing the various modes this has and how the manual describes them, what it comes with, how it looks, how it feels, and what I like about it. I think I talk more about the cool charging case, colors, general Philips Sonicare quality (how long these last), and customer service than I do about the toothbrush itself 🤣
FWIW I have really enjoyed using this toothbrush. And if you're saying I'm the 80 year old boomer in your metaphor, then I'm the 80yo who has spent 20 years using a smart phone and am now sharing what I like about my new smart phone to all the other 80 year olds who also have been using smart phones and are considering an upgrade. We don't have to understand the inner workings of the smart phone to know what we like or don't like about it.
