It's the season for rambai in august.not only in the august but also you can find rambai through out the entire year.so today video is going to be related with rambai which is bit sour.most of the people throw away the bark after eating.don't do it anymore.you can make chutney.also can make a curry.smoke which is released when bark of rambai is burning can be use to chased away mosquitoes..U can make jam,chutney,drinks..etc by using rambai.making jam and chutney are the best ways to preserve rambai for off seasons.it gives you an amazing taste.There are two types of rambai.one is sour and one is sweet.rambai contains lot of amount of vitamin C.it gives you lot of healthy benifits such as control sugar level of the blood,improve vision,maintaining of healthy sking,defeat cancer cells,improve body immunization,help for digestion..etc.Nature has given us lot of things with out any cost.get closed to the nature.🌿May tripple gem bless you..!!
