Most people don't know what they want, so they can't tell you how to improve but they can tell you what they don't like.
If enough people are saying "Hey the prestream is boring, maybe cut that part out" clearly there's a concerning pattern you should look deeper into instead of going "that's just you bitching, give me feedback and tell me exactly what to do to improve!"
4:10 that's not a suggestion, that's constructive criticism. A suggestion could be as simple as someone telling you they think you should do something without any reason attached to it
