I know Chatty used his "I was kidnapped by CG........" but did he actually take it to court? Honestly it sounds like it could be enough to bring doubt.
He said he's going to, but no. He has not been to court yet. He got a good case though, he was shot in the head outside the PD by Chris King as he claims. The kidnapping is the only lie.
The lawyer shot Slacks with Mr. K, got caught and lost his bar license. So he tried to hire Nino but he is the mayor now and cant, Nino recommended Robin but Chatty is not awake that much to actualy push this the right way.
@@kbsskb788 it'll be interesting to see if it works. If his lawyer presents it well and they can introduce anything to back it up, even something made up or exaggerated etc then there's a decent chance of it working well enough to introduce reasonable doubt. So it'll be interesting to see if with that doubt the judge is willing to give him a not guilty as so far in 4 the judges have ruled like doubt isn't enough or change anything but since the changes a lot of people have been winning cases they would have lost and more appeals are going through so hopefully reasonable doubt will also start to be a thing. Like you can argue about if it was the right result or not as much but in the CG case the doubt their lawyers tried to introduce like Max and Siobhan both returning to the scene straight after the attack and Siobhan walking around the entire scene unattended whilst evidence was still being found and taken etc was totally ignored and the fact that twats have no date but one was used to help prove it was terrorism even though it was 5 months old and the defence told the judges that which should have been enough doubt for it to be inadmissible but again that doubt was ignored showing that doubt as a concept wasn't a thing unless it benefited the PD but hopefully the courts will start actually using the law and following it at all times not just when as before it helps the PD.
