Knee rolling in when you squat, single leg squat, step up or run?
It's a common thing and you may have tried all sorts of exercises to fix it, including glute work. If you're still struggling it may not be a strength issue so much as a neuro-muscular issue where you just need to do some good patterning exercises - and do them a LOT.
    1️⃣ Clams in Supine (band)
    2️⃣ Crab walks (band)
    3️⃣ Step down (lateral band)
    4️⃣ Skater Squat

I am in physical therapy for my knees..I’m stunned at how mediocre my treatment has been. After viewing Tim’s videos I have learned the importance of focusing on proper execution of each movement. The side to side step with band..I’ve been caving my knees inward with every step with my so called therapist standing there watching the entire time.

Excellent videos thank you! Wondering about a weak/injured lateral cruciate ligament, is hard to do lateral movements without stiffness (not so painful now). thank you!

Thank you for these exercises. I've incorporated your similar exercises into training a few years ago with great success.
My knee pain was contolled plus I my snow skiing was greatly moved at the same time.
It became very easy to ski with weight on on leg at a time.
I will use these exercises and continue to use the single leg ball squat which has helped me immensely.

@@physiorehab I've started doing sprint training for the past year or so and realized I got shin splinters and realized my knees were rolling in. I had already known I had hyperextension knees, but thought that 'just how I was', just lately with these vids I have realized my glute muscles are weak, causing all that 'wonkiness' and perhaps even kyphosis.
So, your vids are very appreciated, more success to you.

Hello quick question in your opinion what muscle has most likely atrophied after a knee injury if knee rolls and is unstable ? Thank you for all your work ! ♥️

Hi for the Clams exercise. Is it possible to do it at a sitting position? I am thinking whether can do some quick strengthening exercise during office hours.
