Nice bro. It really is smart to give the original job estimate the customer asked for but on the estimate include additional services and tell them “they’re optional, but it definitely looks like you’re ready for these”. I do floor removal so I don’t have very many other additions I can do. I regularly offer a light grind on concrete though. Some buildings have DECADES of old glue, sealers and membranes. Offering to grind all that off at the end of a job to get the slab back to new original substrate is perfect for us and our customers. Keep it up man

Front Door Question lol. For light colored doors do you still wash those since they tend to streak or do you just rinse? Always want to learn Door techniques do prevent any staining/damage

this awning was made of colorfast material. its bleach safe. always do a test spot tho
