They have helped me so much. It quiets the food noise, stops my cravings and most of all it really suppresses my appetite. The only side effects I have was being tired. Hay Monet, The weight loss drugs will have you nauseous the first 1 to 3 days. I guess that can depend on the individual. Don't be alarmed, by the second week you should be good. Best of luck on your weight loss journey.

You should try Revlon setting spray it doesnt transfer at all👍🏾
