Repertoire: The BEST and WORST Bizet Symphony in C

This is one of those works that I love unreservedly, and so get especially annoyed when major conductors blow it. I list a mere four duds, out of many more possibilities, just to make the point, alongside ten first-class versions that would grace any collection. A more precocious, charming, delicious piece of music you're never going to hear, so try a few of these on for size.
