- Lynx Creek Gold Panning & Artifacts, Arizona Prospecting
Lynx Creek, located in the Prescott National Forest of Arizona, is a popular destination for gold panning and prospecting enthusiasts. The creek has a rich history of gold mining dating back to the mid-1800s, when miners first discovered gold in the area. Today, visitors can try their luck at finding gold by panning in the creek's waters or using other prospecting techniques like metal detecting.
In addition to its gold mining history, Lynx Creek is also known for its scenic beauty and abundant wildlife. The creek runs through a picturesque canyon, surrounded by towering trees and rugged rock formations. Visitors may spot a variety of wildlife, including deer, elk, and bald eagles.
Whether you're a seasoned prospector or a first-time gold panning prospector, Lynx Creek offers a unique and exciting experience. So grab your pan and head to the creek to try your luck at striking it rich in Arizona's gold country!

Sweet! Can't wait
I lived in AZ for 25 years, and I wish that I was interested in prospecting then. I live in VA now, and, unfortunately, my health isn't good enough to get out and prospect right now. Hopefully, one day I will be able to explore this area and look for some shiny.
I hope you do as well
@@WheelieShinyGold Thank you. 😊

If you ever decide to get some merchandise going. “Waters weird” needs to be on a shirt or hat 😂 -conor
That's great🤣 I think Wheelie is allergic to water, he always leaves it back at the truck🤦☺️

Love lynx creek. Great video guy’s. Gave you a sub. Keep up the great videos
Thanks!
Gold hunting is like fishing. It’s fun and rewarding most of the time. Sometimes you get skunked. But with friends it becomes competitive, friendly, and fun! And don’t get hung up if ur buddy catches more or bigger fish bc the tables turn just like that at sunset :)
Lynx creek has some of the purest gold around
That's a flaring tool for copper tubing.
Thanks
Heck Yeah Brotha Man we went back this past weekend it was way better gold than last time that's for Sure 🤘
That’s a double flaring tool for brake lines and hydraulic lines.
I grew up there and it never occurred to me to try panning for gold! And there's a ton of abandoned mines all over the place.
That tool u found is a flare tool you put your tubing in the size diameter hole and then set your top piece over center of ya tube and screw down the point screw into tube and it flares end out
Awesome
That black glass slag is from howels smelter....mile marker 6 on walker rd....its a ccc spot....respect the rules

pipe flanging tools to flare the copper water pipe
Good stuff! I’ve been loving lynx lately to escape the heat. Do you ever show any dudes the ropes with the gm 1000?
Thanks Jacob. You're right, great escape. I will surely help anyone that's out and asks.
I believe that the tool you found is a manual wire stripper.
I hear it's a flaring tool for pipe
8:28 brake line flare tool
Try Gold Phenoms gravity panning give it a view
My goal is to get the gold for my wife's ring myself so it's more meaningful. Still trying to figure out the diamond part though.
Better off finding another gem
@@9bang88 I'll just make one with my grip strength
Find the turns of the old creek bed there you will find gold.
Indeed
cant find Lisa´s page
So metal detectors are allowed at Lynx creek??
Sure
that tool is for flaring the end of copper piping. maybe someone built a still?
One question..if i detect gold in jungle mountains then which detector is better in gpx series...plz help....
If you can get down to the bedrock, you can almost always use a VLF & the best VLF detectors that can find the smallest indicator gold are the goldbug2 and goldmonster 1000
There is alot of gold in salt river
Really?
Um that boulder looks like jade
@3:03 1863 or 1833???
The discoverry for Lynx Creek expedition was 1863. Walker had many explorations. The original start of this specific trek that lead to this discovery of Lnyx Creek I believe was in 1833.
It's a flaring tool
Its a flaring tool

If you are doing this and it pays all your bills then AWESOME.
But, if you are working a job and do this in your spare time, then
you could make the same working an easier, real job....
