Since the release of Madame Web (2024) there hasn't been many positive reviews. Is the film as bad as people say? Have a tv show/film you want me to talk about let me know in comment?
Really? I didn't know people hated it. I thought it was pretty good. I don't know if I'd say great, but pretty good. I liked how they didn't just make it Female Vs Male "girl-power-without-any-other-purpose" as they do with many mostly female movies. I thought everyone had a legit reason for doing what they were doing. And I enjoy "found family" movies.
How could you be unaware people hated it? It flopped so hard it left a crater. The internet was awash with stories of how much it sucked and how horribly it had done.....
I thought the movie was okay. It wasn't that bad but it wasn't good either.
I liked the film. I have no bad opinion on that film. I only have a good opinion on that film.
I liked it
Thats just Dakota Johnson. Shes monotone in all her movies and interviews. Monotone is her personality...
Yea, I don't think she fit the character. In some of the scenes sounding monotone doesn't match the situation.

Definitely agree that it was good they didn't go towards female vs male plot girl power plot. It's quite overused in many films.
