    Things I did to bring back life in my hair.
    1. Oiling my hair almost everyday at night( I use coconut oil)
    2. Massaging my head( massage atleast for 10 to 20 mins everyday)
    3. Eating healthy foods ( especially good for hair, eg. amala, curry leaf, spinach)
    4. Stopped using chemicals in my hair
    5. stopped using shampoo( I use Shihakai or blended paste of overnight soaked fenugreek seed in rice water)
    6. Using hair pack regularly ( once a week. Natural hair packs, eg. egg whites, curd, small onion juice, mehandi leaf pack)
    7. oil bath ( too cool down my body, I take oil bath once or twice in a month. I use gingerly oil. applying oil all over your body and massaging)
    8. Cut your split ends, oil your hair ends well.
    After doing these things for 6 months, I would say my hair looks alive.
    Remember eating healthy foods regularly is the most important.

    • @sofiabruiz17
      @sofiabruiz17 Před 9 měsíci +10

      @@adjahouda3073 depends on the porosity of your hair. High porosity hair absorbs it in no time.
      Also, not all hair is the same. I do use oil and have very long curly healthy hair. Ive even modeled because of it. And no, it wasnt always like that. This is to say each hair requires different things. However there are certain aspects of hair treatment that are objectively bad like using heat on it or not protecting it from the sun.
      If your hair got breackage from oil it was probably that you used too much, didnt use purifying shampoos, that your hair was already brittle to begin with, you wore tight buns or did things that increase breakage etc.
      Proper oil in iself wont cause that kind of damage you are desrcibing

    Tip: Your hair can break if you have less protein and more moisture or more protein and less moisture. You'll need to balance both protein and moisture of the hair to both have strong, smooth, silky or bouncy and curly hair.
    Use a protein treatment before you shampoo your hair and always moisturize afterwards.
    Use moisturizing treatments suitable for your hair type. If you have fine or thin hair, oils will make your hair greasy and weighed down especially if you have wavy or curly hair. Curls won't hold their form if your hair is suffocated by heavy products.

      @@3parul take a bowl with full of water ...put one of ur hair strands into it..leave it for 1 hr or 30 mins...if ur hair strands float on the top of the water u have low...if it's in the middle u have medium porosity and if it's below the water u have a high porosity hair... iam having low porosity...if u have low porosity means wash ur hair atleast 3 times in a week..use natural herbal hair masks like hibiscus leaves,hibiscus, Fenugreek,, flaxseed,kalonji,tulsi,neem orelse simply use yogurt ,egg,aloevera gel plus vitamin e oil capsule...make sure u r using good leave in conditioner whether it may be homemade or use good brand market products

    It's ok to to oil your hair every day/night even if you only wash it once or twice a week ??

    • @adollfordolls
      @adollfordolls Před 10 měsíci +1

      It depends on your own hair. If you have thinner hair, or fine hair, dont oil it so often, and use lighter products instead of full leave in conditioners try mists or milks. It's mostly trial and error. If you find the oil weighs down your hair too much and it visibly gets very oily, you can oil it a few hours before you shower or only a very light coat when refreshing the style.

      @@adollfordolls ok thanks. I have a lot of hair, super thick hair. I think oiling scalp a few hours before wash & a little on mids & ends when refreshing works best for me. Appreciate your feedback 😊🌷

      Hairdresser can help with that, they have a lot of experience. If not you can always observe your hair and see how it acts. Does it get oily and greasy quickly? Is your hair frizzy? Is it more on the curly side or straight? Is it very porous? (ive seen a test done for this you could google it, it was something about puting a strand of hair in a glass of water)
      By answering all this questiond youll get closer to your type

    It won't give you her density -
    unfortunately; she has South

    (Note - some U S girls have
    Middle Eastern or Asian
    DNA in their DNA & sometimes
    don't even know💜💜 (bc it was an

    bc the U S (espc in larger cities)

    light dry shampoo on the roots
