Strictly speaking, it isn't correct to say that increasing 'elasticity' is the solution every time. Hair can become too high in elasticity by protein overload and then become brittle and break.
don't leave oil like that period i avoid the sun ( homeschooled ) n i used it that way it broke my hair n damaged it oils should not be left on strands for more then 6 hours !!
@@adjahouda3073 depends on the porosity of your hair. High porosity hair absorbs it in no time. Also, not all hair is the same. I do use oil and have very long curly healthy hair. Ive even modeled because of it. And no, it wasnt always like that. This is to say each hair requires different things. However there are certain aspects of hair treatment that are objectively bad like using heat on it or not protecting it from the sun. If your hair got breackage from oil it was probably that you used too much, didnt use purifying shampoos, that your hair was already brittle to begin with, you wore tight buns or did things that increase breakage etc. Proper oil in iself wont cause that kind of damage you are desrcibing
Tip: Your hair can break if you have less protein and more moisture or more protein and less moisture. You'll need to balance both protein and moisture of the hair to both have strong, smooth, silky or bouncy and curly hair. Use a protein treatment before you shampoo your hair and always moisturize afterwards. Use moisturizing treatments suitable for your hair type. If you have fine or thin hair, oils will make your hair greasy and weighed down especially if you have wavy or curly hair. Curls won't hold their form if your hair is suffocated by heavy products.
