Sitting 14 years and diesel fuel turns to tar in fuel lines?? | Case 450B Dozer Part I

Today on the channel we try to start a Case 450B Dozer after about 14 years. We are struggling a bit with this one, next time we will dive in to the Roosa Master or Stanadyne injection pump on this one. Let us know if you have ideas!!
