Thanks for the quick work...I just have to find why the VGA disconnects intermittently when the lid is up...it's somewhere near the VGA port...also looks like some house cleaning is needed in the fan.
......
Had to come back and find where I went wrong in the reassembly...There has been a couple minor differences...Like I have the AMD Radeon which tags onto the heat sink and an additional 3 more screws with springs. I have taken many laptops apart with out seeing a video and had no problems afterwards.
...Well, this time I will pay closer attention.

@@sajeelakhter3941 I replaced an Intel Core i5-4300M for an Intel Core i7- 4600M and it's working properly.
I don't know about 4310M to 4610M, but what I did was to verify the socket compatibility in this page www.cpu-world.com/Sockets/Socket_G3.html
At least both are compatible according to their socket.

The reason why I used FedEx Padded Pak is to protect the laptop from scratches

I discovered, that if you go barefoot on the exposed concrete floor, you tend to be grounded...works best in the basement...with standing water...or not...Yeah! That's it.
But the feet do tend to get cold...so wearing "Cotton" socks is typically acceptable...No WOOL...!
Just don't come in contact with a exposed hot wire...might burn your socks off.
