Something must have gone missing during the creation of the anime because the initial god who asked for more entertainment was the god of technology and suddenly they repeat it with the god of creation and commerce. Either that or the creator of the manga forgot or did it doubble because they thought the readers would forget.... or they added that bit in in the animer or replaced the god of technology with the one of creation in this scene. Honestly I thought what the god of technology sayed kinda better. Create more entertainment wuth your jnowlege from the other world but don't overdo it is a pretty good advice and resonable request to give.
