As per my experience. 12th lord dasha or antardasha or planet in 12th house dasha or antardasha along with 7th lord or planet in 7th house dasha or antardasha. During this period definitely marriage or atleast relationship may begin. Planet related to dasha or antardasha may be 12th from lagna or moon. 7th from lagna or moon. In 99 percent cases its planets 12th from lagna or 12th lord from lagna happens. Only in fews cases 12th from moon happens.
This is because 12th house is 6th from 7th. Hence it shows prarabda of marriage represented by 7th house. Partners entry will always be related to 12th house.

first of all thankyou so sweet of you that yu made this vlog as i wrote last time and so quickly you made it... one question like if some one is having marriage age and jupiter maha dasha starts for taurus ascendant so jupiter is lord of 8th and th bot and in that dasha pandits have predicted dasha of marriages so how come as 8th lord is somewhere there so how marriage happen bcz it's of 11th lord planet as well that's the reason? BTW looking very preety in this vlog :)
