My magenta is new and the machine states it is empty. It is new. I cannot run any cleaning since it does not read the magenta what can I do to fix this. I already manually cleaned the print head manually. Any help is appreciated.
We will try to get better at making the video settings as good as possible, we are pretty new to the video content side of things and to start with the aim has been to make valuable free content for our print business followers. We are print experts not video experts….but we will be working hard to get better at the production side. All feedback is appreciated though :)
