Keep standing strong and depend on God for His help and your strength. Jesus is the only one who will never leave you alone to fight your own battles. Yeah infertility was bad when we were young. All the young women at church, family, all got pregnant easy. So...we adopted. Then invitro. Added 3 kids. Time went by. Kids grew, added 4 more foster/adopt kids. = 12 total kids.
Alcohol is a drug and can not be controlled. People mix up desensitization with it all the time. Drunk is drunk, no matter how much you think you can take or have trained your body to take. We are asked to be SOBER of mind.
How can you struggle with sex or por. ? If that’s not even what you struggle with you don’t even want relationship with women after you’ve been through a traumatic and diabolical relationship with the mother of your children. Mark's "Real Men" series is for men. The message for men is to get yourself into submission to God so that you can lead your family away from ungodliness appropriately. If you're getting the message of "men are trash" from this, then there's something missing. I had to realize that I'd had an issue thinking that way because of pride, not understanding that I myself had deep issues to the core that were tied to my desires and wants that were against Christ and what the Bible says.
