This condo was selling for $122k Usd last year. Now it appreciated $40k usd... land that I looked at last year was going for $15k usd, is now selling for $24k Usd. The appreciation on real estate is 20 to 50% gain in one year due to foreign investors buying up the place.
Are these 2 bedrooms readily available for new residents to purchase or does one have to buy into the plan, and what's the average monthly service charges on these condos across Rwanda?

Ok. I was weighing my options between buying or building a stand alone home or a condo. But it appears a stand alone home is a lot cheaper with no monthly charges to anyone other than your own personal utility, which could be customized to one's preference. Thanks
