Thanks for another informative video. Just made the mistake of not quarantining a koi and lost that new one and another in the last few days. Saw a gorgeous koi that had no business being at petco and had to get him. Was so thrilled I forgot to get the food I went in for. Next day, yesterday, went back for the food and of the 12 fish in the koi tank 6 were laying on the bottom dead. I thought “oh crap” and went home. Sure enough my new beauty was dead in my skimmer. Came home today and another beautiful gold butterfly koi was dead at the bottom. Got what I could locally for a medication and got some more research to do tonight to hopefully prevent disaster
Yeah get some Minn Finn and treat your koi for an Hour in a 5gal bucket or tote it’s a quick and easy way to help quarantine your fish!!🤙🏽💯🎏♥️

MinnFinn is an excellent choice to try when you are unsure of the cause as it is so broad spectrum. There are other things like ammonia that can cause so flicking and flashing so make sure your water is good as well

It will wipe it out that’s why you turn off your filter but after an hour you add the Neutralizer and it’s all good!! It really is an amazing product

Have you ever treated your pond with MinnFinn or any other Meds.. also how many gallons is your pond and what kind of filtration are you running and how many koi do you have there’s a lot to factor in before testing and treating

It's incredible! Nothing would help my goldfish and I tried everything from the major suppliers which was not only expensive but a lot of work as you know you need to dump some water after each treatment. I contacted Paul at Aqua Finn and did 2 treatments in 48 hours and the red lips and sore fins were fixed in 3 days! No joke. And even better no water changes!
@@malsmith2012 that's great I tried it last week I did notice my pond smelled fishy after and water was cloudy for 2 days. I changed water after and added bacteria. Do better now

@@Christopher_Hampton if you run it through your filter. As it is an hour treatment I recommend that you do your filter maintenance during the treatment. Once it is neutralized you can put the filter back online.
