well how are you going to explain the foundation needing to draw power from the local civilian plant? how else would the foundation get the gigawatts neccesary to contain scps? you should really think before you ask questions.
@@bowen3963 first the "think before you ask question" is unnecessary also, generators exist and there are other forms of how to ontain energy, atleast you know the basic function of a nuclear reactor?
@@Nifiri_12354 of course. generators require fossil fuels which the foundation would also have to GET from somewhere. and people will be questioning why their gas prices are going up. also generators are rather inefficient as they are meant as a backup. the entire sit need a crazy ton of power to energize every single containment mechanism and all the infrastructure, to do this they need an almost inexhaustible source of energy, nuclear power. this also means they cant DRAW power from other nuclear plants because then the civilian workers would wonder why their grid power demand inexplicably skyrockets.
@@bowen3963oh is too obvius they cant just USE THE ENERGY OF THE EXTERNAL GRID, and some electricity generators like idk FUSION REACTORS that are 100% better (literally scp fundation have a lot of things and fusion reactors well they are too near of become a real generator or real life so...) than fision reactors.
