Mook graduated from college. He's just hesitant on saying the wrong things on camera, cause he knows words can offend others. On another note he should take media training like other artist. For example omarion.

That has very little to do with one's ability to articulate themselves, unless he studied something that would suggests that be should have the ability to do e.g. communication, speech and drama etc. If he's an accounting or business graduate for example, it wouldn't imply he would have the ability to articulate himself because it is not a prerequisite to able to in order for you to be proficient in those subjects.
