Absolute MAYHEM! Love it. See and learn americans, this is destruction derby like its supposed to be, not some reinforced supercaged, tractor tire wearing car that reverses into eachother at 2mph.
These people are idiots they actually invest money into their car us Americans just build a 400hp motor and slap it in the first $200 car we can find
Half of them totaled out cause they hit the wall not another car hahahaha

Idk how much every 400 horsepower costs to build I'm sure most try to build it as cheap as they can unless they are in a high class. But it's all for fun nobody is trying to get hurt or hurt anybody and there are some big hits 20+ mph especially in v8 classes plus this track is huge it's like a nascar track but demo derby style most all derbies in America are done on small circle tracks

This looks like the UK rules.
Some teams weld the cars like tanks and no-one cares, everyone else just gets wiped out.
Luckily we have decent marshalls who will load you up if its welded like a tank.
I'm surprised how the Netherlands have become more badass in demolition derby than Americans. You gotta be brave or drunk, or both to race as recklessly as those men do! No trunk hits! I'm impressed and sad - I used to study in the Netherlands and never attended rodeos. I feel like I wasted three years of my life at the university

@@AutorodeoNederland The University called "Stenden", Leewarden city (I hope I wrote it correctly; I left the city 6 years ago, might write incorrect). The north of the country :) Beautiful place, with at least 7 old school American muscles - you guys love big engines!
@@nikitarybka87 ah well i can imagine that nobody talked about bangers or rodeos there. They dont have a banger or rodeo track near the city. Most of the used engines are 2.3 zetecs or 2.8v6. You wont normally find a bigger engine under the hood.
@@AutorodeoNederland I suppose the location is the main reason why people there are not really into cars. Cannot differ El Camino from Ranchero; Camaro from Firebird etc.

Very good track and race shame about your editing skills when putting this video together you showed the best bit of the race befor the race started and put a picture of one of the cars after it had been wrecked the showed us the car being wrecked need to work on you editing skills ir get someone else to do it for you
