大阪です。住む市の道路の路面の海抜が大阪市内のビルの４階の床に相当するらしい？
何故知っているのか…以前の阪神淡路大震災で被災、指定避難場所も被災して仕舞い…
新しく指定し直しに成ったが未だに指定されていません。更に住んでる場所が市内で、
一番海抜が低いそうで、専門家やら有識者の言い訳に使用されています。
以前、指定されていた避難場所が昔、山の上だったそうで海抜が高く、大阪市内のビルの
20数階とかって？聞きました。元々山だった地区を切り開いて、市にしたので市の中央に
活断層が走っているとかで国の非難地区に市の全域が指定されてるとかで現在は放置状態
良く知りませんが海抜って何が関係するのでしょうか…なので災害時は、自宅待機です。
