I have used Goof Proof Cards for several years when I teach Holiday card making in local galleries. They are easy to use and everything you need is in the box....card, envelope, painting surface and the double sticky tape to attach your painting to the card. And the price is excellent.

I just love your overhead setup so I can see your entire work area and palette and how you dip in the water and the paints! I really enjoy DaVinci which makes American Journey and the colors are beautiful especially on Fabriano Artistico which makes Kilimanjaro. Mixing media on them is spontaneous and beautiful.

Depends which Mod podge - the Mod Podge paper (matt and gloss) is non-yellowing.

Love this however, I wouldn't use mod podge if this is going to be put up for sale etc. or shown for fine art only because Mod Podge isn't archival and yellows over time.

What is the difference in Modge Podge and gel mediums?
I remember Modge Podge from the 60s and I didn't understand it then either.

Marylou Niebrugge yes, they are! Almost every one was American Journey. There may have been a Daniel Smith color from their Primatek series.... 😁 Julie
I think the original simple abstract colour cards were great - shouldn't have added light blue strip & circle because those wrecked them (just my opinion)!
I personally didn’t care for the blue strip either because for me it’s too wide and covered too much of the beautiful background. If it was more narrow, more deckled and didn’t extend out of the background, that would be a more pleasing composition. But it’s all subjective of course. I really like the circle embellished with a sentiment. My real question is: why is it called goof proof?

When adding watercolor I can see the bleeding on the back. This is a huge problem ☝️.
Never heard of Goof Proof in my whole live and have lived in several countries but never in North America...so I assume it pertains to a certain geographical area of the world...?
