I've always loved the LnL2 theme. It really makes you feel the love between these two.
I loved this clip. I love how Lucky and Elizabeth both told each other that they couldn't have gotten through everything without each other. . I also loved how they were teasing each other about their sleeping arrangements Lol! Writers, you need to put these two back together, and make them happy for a while!
mayzo51184 I agree I think the writers ruined them because jj didn't want to stay full time I want Liz and lucky together and an amazing slow build their relationship up again I want great love story could start him coming back on the police force help with Aidan and we can get them back together I miss them I never liked Liz with anyone but lucky

gosh i miss this Liz and Lucky! they were one of the best soap couples! i don't know if LL2 would still be the way they are now if JJ did not leave.

I always think if they had brought JJ back as lucky that they would’ve had to do a different storyline... they possibly still had the triangle because Jason and Elizabeth got so close when they thought Lucky had died.. but I think it would’ve been a phenomenal storyline
I think this (and the following episode the next day) is my favorite clip. Such love and devotion between the two of them.
Susan Covington I did not see this storyline till 5 days ago and I can say that Liz and lucky are my second favorite storylines my first favorite love story is nikoles and Emily

I hate what they did to Liz. Oh I hated it. Why did they have to turn her into a lying cheat? And on lucky!!! So sad. It makes it hard to watch these old clips. Knowing what she did later

I firmly believe that the main reason Liz and Jason could never get together permanently was because while they did love each other at times, on some level, they were not each other’s soulmate. For Liz it was Lucky and for Jason it is Sam.
Lucky and Liz were these sweet young kids who had a young innocent almost storybook young love. There was trust and unselfishness.. Then Helena ruined it with her incessant need for power and control.. They never seemed to get back in sync after that. Even though they married, they never seemed truly happy.
Jason and Sam were able to slowly build a friendship because of Sam’s pregnancy. And when she lost the baby, Jason was there for her. And it eventually grew into real love. Then Alexis ruined it with her incessant demands on Jason to let her go “ for her protection. It took years for them to get past all the mistakes both of them made.
Now in 2019 Sam and Jason are back together and hopefully have a wedding and some happiness for at least a while, that is if they don’t send Sam to jail, for killing that creep Shilo.
Elizabeth is married to a man she says she loves, but I have a feeling the days are numbered for that marriage, even if their current problems are solved.
If her and Franco do end, I hope they bring Lucky back and I would love for it to be JJ. I think it would be cool for Lucky and Liz to find their way back together permanently. I think it would make both of them better people, and it would be nice to see Liz and Lucky be happy for a change.
Of course we all know that happiness is fleeting on a soap. As soon as a couple officially gains happiness, there is sure to be a pitfall right around the corner.

because I really think they turned lucky into a deadbeat dad, and a recovering addict so he pretty much did turn out a lot like Luke.
but I wasn’t sure if JJ would come back considering he lives in Ireland now
@@bethmarley2054 I disagree. I think Lucky was Elizabeth’s soulmate. I think she loved Jason and he loved her. But I think for both of them, they loved the idea of who the other was rather than the real person. I think Sam was Jason’s soulmate. Neither of them have any illusions about who or what the other person is.
It does not mean either couple will end up together. We have seen tighter couples than either of these break apart. The prime example, of course being Luke and Laura. And I do think they can love other people. After all, love does not divide, it multiplies. But a soulmate is not the same as a connection. Both Jason and Sam have had connections with multiple partners. And apparently both are going to soon have new ones.
If I had my wish Liz and lucky would be together again and Sam with Jason nik and Emily even though they killed her I was upset about that was so aweful and sonny with Carly but sonny is with Carly lol bring lucky back help raise the kids and get Liz and lucky close again and bk together stop ruining their story gh writers
Often, it is not only the writers at fault. Sometimes it is the actors playing the roles who want to leave to try new things. You can’t blame them for wanting “promotions.” Everyone wants to progress.
