Using a De-Spell on a Scapegoat? That works?

It will destroy Scapegoat, but Scapegoat can be activated in response.
This chain will activate Scapegoat first, summoning the tokens before it can be De-Spelled.
Thankfully, the AI is dumb and will just let Scapegoat die without trying to activate it.
