සාමාන්‍යයෙන් හදන ක්‍රීම් කැරමල් පුඩින් එකට වඩා ටිකක් වෙනස් විදියෙ පුඩින් එකක් තමයි මේ . හරිම ලස්සන පාටට රසට ඉක්මනින්ම හදන්න පුලුවන්.
Cream Caramel Pudding
Ingredients
1. 4 tbsp of Water
2. 1/3 cup of Sugar (70g)
3. 400ml of Fresh milk
4. 100g of Sugar (1/2 cup) +2 tbsp - if needed
5. 1.5 tsp of Vanilla
6. A pinch of Salt
7. 4 Eggs
8. 1/4 tsp of Cardamom powder
9. 1 tbsp of Butter
අවශ්‍ය ද්‍රව්‍ය
1. වතුර මේසහැදි 4
2. සීනි කෝප්ප 1/3 (ග්‍රෑ 70)
3. ෆ්‍රෙශ් මිල්ක් මි ලි 400
4. සීනි ග්‍රෑ 100 (කෝප්ප 1/2)+ අවශ්‍ය නම් තව මේසහැදි 2
5. වැනිලා තේහැදි 1.5
6. ලුනු පිංචක්
7. බිත්තර 4
8. එන්සාල් කුඩු තේහැදි 1/4
9. බටර් මේසහැදි 1
